The Role
To be responsible for the installation service and trouble shoot a range of refrigeration systems in commercial vehicles.
This role is critical for CoolKit to achieve our vision and mission by being an active participant in creating the company’s product. It is also crucial in upholding CoolKit’s values:

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:
- Mount and install fridges on refrigerated vehicles
- Install mount kits as per manufacturers guidelines
- Have knowledge in re-charging refrigeration systems and ensuring proper pressure and cooling levels.
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and repairs performed.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support team members and customers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide clear explanations of work performed and any necessary follow-up actions to the wider team
- Follow all SOP's and quality control measure
About You
You must be hardworking and driven to achieve results in the best time frame possible. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst problem solving on the job. You will have a good eye for detail and be able to communicate effectively with other departmental functions.
Knowledge & Skills
- F Gas Qualified
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced engineering / manufacturing organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the business
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in fitting GAH, Carrier, ThermoKing, Hubbard fridges (desirable)
- Experience of fault diagnosis
- Safety Orientated
