Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, energetic and reliable Sales Assistant with excellent communication skills who strives under pressure. You will work alongside a fantastic team, serving customers and offering the best phone and tech services on Brighton's High Street, Western Road!
This position is perfect for a recent graduate with an interest in tech or a young professional with tech retail experience who is eager to apply their skills and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced small business in the tech industry.
We are a small company with a small team; therefore, this role requires someone who is independent, takes risks, and takes initiative.
If the candidate is successful, they will be offered a full-time role (4–5 days a week, includes working weekends and bank holidays). Please note that part-time arrangements are not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist store customers, whether they need a repair, a fault diagnosed, want to buy/sell a device, or simply seek friendly advice.
- Organise and communicate with in-store workshop colleagues on repair tickets using our internal system, ensuring customers are kept informed and receive excellent service.
- Quote, test, and buy-in goods, while ensuring our product quality and conditions are consistently maintained.
- Maintain the store’s look, update product displays, and handle daily upkeep tasks.
- Ensure that your workspace remains in excellent clean working order, equipped with the necessary tools to perform day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures.
- Follow direction from the store manager as they lead you throughout training.

While additional tech industry experience is desired, this is a bonus, and we will assess all candidates equally throughout the application process.

Working requirements:
We require someone who can work full time, in store, 5 days a week in accordance with staff work rota. We are in Brighton's High Street, Western Road, a 10-minute walk from the Brighton station alongside ampul public transport.
