About the Practice
We are a well-established, modern dental practice based in Crawley, committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a friendly and professional environment. With a strong focus on patient experience and clinical excellence, we are looking for a confident and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key link between the clinical team and our patients, helping them understand their treatment options and guiding them through their journey with us. You will play a vital role in converting consultations into accepted treatment plans while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with patients following consultations to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
Discuss costs, finance options, and payment plans
Build strong relationships with patients to increase treatment acceptance
Coordinate patient journeys from initial enquiry through to treatment completion
Liaise closely with clinicians and reception teams to ensure smooth scheduling
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Deliver an exceptional patient experience at all times

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or within a dental/healthcare sales role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident discussing treatment plans and financial options
Target-driven with a proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and empathetic approach
