Are you organised, hands-on, energetic, and ready to be part of a fun and hardworking team? Tiny Box Company is looking for a Stock Co-ordinator to help keep our warehouses running smoothly and efficiently.
No two days are the same here ...one minute you could be organising incoming deliveries, the next moving stock between warehouses or helping unload containers. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and working as part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving and organising stock into the warehouse
- Checking deliveries for quantity and quality
- Ensuring stock is stored correctly in the right bay locations
- Replenishing picking bays and rotating stock accurately
- Moving stock between our two nearby warehouses when required
- Unloading containers and supporting picking and packing operations
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team wherever needed
- Driving the company van
- Daily use of the forklift truck organising and replensishing stock
This is a fast-paced and physically active role, perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has warehouse experience and enjoys a busy environment
- Holds a forklift licence or is happy to be trained — full training will be provided
- Is confident using computers and warehouse systems
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is proactive, reliable, and a good problem solver
- Understands the importance of health & safety in the workplace
Location
We’re based in beautiful countryside surroundings next to the Bluebell Railway and close to the National Trust’s Sheffield Park Gardens. Due to our location, your own transport is essential.
