Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years education team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children, supporting their development in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with parents, colleagues and children, building strong, supportive relationships. You will have an excellent opportunity to utilise your childcare expertise and organisational skills within a professional, home-from-home setting.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's developmental milestones
Supervise and monitor children’s behaviour, ensuring their safety at all times
Foster a warm, welcoming environment that promotes learning through play and exploration
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
Collaborate with your Room Leader and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and consistency in care practices
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
Ensure compliance with all Nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and safeguarding standards
Support children with personal care routines such as feeding, dressing, and toileting when necessary
Contribute to the organisation of nursery events and activities that enhance children's social skills

Experience

Proven experience working within a nursery or early childhood education setting
Demonstrated management and leadership skills in supervising children and supporting team members
Strong background in childcare, early childhood education, or related qualifications (Nursery Nurse Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience working with children aged from 3 months to 5 years, understanding their individual needs
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Pay: £27,476.00-£30,000.00 per year
