About Bobblehat
Bobblehat is a specialist shopfitting, manufacturing and interior fit-out business delivering projects throughout the United Kingdom.
Working across retail, hospitality, commercial and leisure sectors, we provide a complete service from design coordination and procurement through to manufacturing, installation and project delivery.
Following the acquisition of our in-house manufacturing business, Dovetail Manufacturing, Bobblehat has evolved into a fully integrated manufacturing, joinery and fit-out business serving clients nationwide.
As the business continues to grow, we are investing heavily in our people, systems and processes to build a scalable, data-driven organisation. This creates an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join our leadership team and help shape the future of the business.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Financial Controller will lead and develop the finance function, providing accurate financial information, robust controls and commercial insight to support business decision-making.
Supported by an established Finance Assistant, this role is focused on financial leadership, reporting, cashflow management, compliance, project profitability and business improvement rather than routine transaction processing.
This is far more than a traditional finance role. You will work closely with the Directors, Project Managers and operational teams to improve reporting, strengthen controls and support the continued growth of the business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence systems, processes and reporting across the organisation while helping build a finance function capable of supporting future expansion.
