As a QC Technician, you will support the Quality Control function by carrying out testing activities on raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, supporting product release, and contributing to continuous improvement within the quality team.

Carry out quality testing on raw materials and finished products in line with Quality Control procedures and specifications.

Conduct sensory evaluations, including taste and odour testing, and support product release activities.

Accurately record, review, and communicate test results, escalating any non-conforming findings where required.

Support microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, internal audits, and wider quality programmes.

Manage sample preparation, stock control, and laboratory housekeeping to maintain an efficient working environment.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and external laboratories to ensure timely testing and product release.

Support investigations, retesting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Quality function.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
