Full job description

What you'll be doing::

As our Cloud Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering responsive, high-quality support. You’ll take ownership of service desk tickets from end to end — logging, tracking and resolving issues, and escalating where needed to ensure a seamless service experience.

In addition, you will:

Monitor and respond to security and backup alerts to maintain system integrity
Assess and triage incoming tickets, prioritising incidents for efficient resolution
Spot recurring issues and proactively highlight trends for further investigation
Carry out routine, low-risk changes to support and improve customer environments
Collaborate with the team, contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and a focus on service excellence

We want to hear from you if you::

Based in or near London/Swindon (or happy to commute occasionally)
Experienced with Microsoft 365, with working knowledge of Azure and Intune
Confident supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments
Background in customer support or service desk roles
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable with ITSM tools and keen to expand your technical skillset
Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-900) would be a bonus
