Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Bakery Assistant to support our team of artisan bakers in our bakery. This is a vital role in ensuring the bakery runs smoothly and our products are prepared to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

This is a preparation-focused role.
Prepping fresh ingredients (e.g., potatoes, rosemary, etc.).
Preparing trays and rings for the bakers.
Organising and dusting proving baskets with flour.
General assistance to ensure the production line is ready for the day.
Support the team during busy periods, ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous kitchen or bakery experience is a plus but not essential.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Ability to reliably commute to Watford, WD18 8JA for 6am starts.
