We are a fast-paced pioneer in premium bakery products across London and the UK. Known for quality, innovation, and a rich selection of artisanal goods, our products are a staple in prestigious locations including the likes of Curzon, Tate, Selfridges and cutting-edge restaurants, cafes and coffee shops throughout the UK.

Role Overview

We are now looking for a passionate Viennoiserie Assistant for our production site in Hayes (UB3).

As a Viennoiserie Assistant, you will support the production of our delicious viennoiserie items, including croissants, pains au chocolat and danishes.

You will be working 5 days per week between 07:00am and 16:00pm.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and production of viennoiserie items following established recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Help with dough preparation, rolling, shaping, and proofing processes.
Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a high-volume or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of of baking techniques, dough handling, and large-batch production.
Ability to follow standardised recipes and production specifications precisely.
Familiarity with commercial bakery equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work any day of the week.

Nice-to-Have

Culinary school diploma or equivalent baking certification.

5 shifts per week organised through a weekly rota.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
