JHR Coordinator / Internal Recruiter

Advance Motors is a successful and expanding automotive retailer representing leading vehicle brands across multiple locations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator / Internal Recruiter to help us attract, recruit and retain great people across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in HR and recruitment.

What you'll be doing

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Writing engaging job adverts and posting vacancies across multiple platforms
Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
Conducting telephone and video interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining regular communication with candidates
Supporting onboarding and new starter administration
Preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
Assisting with probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration
Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Building talent pipelines for future recruitment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Confident using Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms
Professional, positive and proactive attitude
Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates
Experience using HR or ATS systems would be an advantage

Desirable

CIPD qualification (or working towards)
Experience within automotive, retail or multi-site businesses
Knowledge of UK employment legislation
