Mobile Response Officer (Full-Time)

High Wycombe / Marlow, Buckinghamshire

£14.25 per hour | Permanent Position | Guaranteed Hours

Are you an experienced security professional looking to join a respected, ACS-approved security company? We're seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Mobile Response Officer to become part of our growing team, delivering high-quality mobile security services.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its staff, offers guaranteed hours, and provides opportunities for overtime and career development.

The Role

Using one of our fully equipped company vehicles, you'll be responsible for protecting our clients' premises and responding to incidents professionally and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

Alarm response and keyholding
Mobile security patrols
Opening and locking commercial premises
Vacant property inspections
Scheduled site inspections and welfare checks
Providing a professional and reassuring presence for our clients
Completing accurate reports using company systems

Hours

Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week
Mixture of night shifts and weekend day shifts
Additional overtime and holiday cover regularly available
12-hour shifts

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
A full, clean UK driving licence - Manual licesnse
Previous experience in mobile patrols or keyholding (minimum one year preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good knowledge of the High Wycombe, Marlow and surrounding areas
A flexible and reliable approach to shift work
Residence within a reasonable travelling distance of Marlow or High Wycombe
