Full job description

Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented self-employed cleaner to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in making spaces shine, enjoys working independently, and wants to control their own schedule. You may be providing domestic, commercial or deep cleaning services to our lovely local clients, with great rates of pay and all the support you need to succeed. Driving is essential, and while experience is preferred, full training will be provided – so if you’re friendly, hardworking, and ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties

Carry out general domestic and deep cleaning in clients’ homes
Follow cleaning checklists to ensure every job is completed to a high standard
Use your own initiative to spot areas needing extra attention
Maintain a professional, friendly attitude with all clients
Travel between jobs (driving is essential)
Manage your own schedule and communicate clearly about availability

Skills

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with colleagues.
A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about cleanliness and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for this vital role within our organisation.
