Full job description

Job Description – Quotations and Sales Assistant

We are looking for Quotations and Sales Assistants to join our friendly and busy team. You will support the quotations and sales function to deliver excellent customer service under the general supervision of the Office Manager. This is a key role within our office, and full training will be provided. It is an ideal entry point into our business.

We promote from within and are always looking for keen and enthusiastic colleagues. You will receive full training in the skills required to cost our technical products.

Responsibilities

All aspects of Quotations and Sales Administration, including:

Sales quoting of electronic products using our bespoke software.
Customer and supplier communication, both verbal and written.
General office duties supporting other areas of the business as required.

Requirements

Positive and enthusiastic with a can‑do approach.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills desirable; must be computer literate.
Effective multi‑tasker.
Able to organise and prioritise workload.
Comfortable working as part of a team or independently.
Willing to learn our procedures and follow guidance.
Reliable, conscientious, and self‑motivated.
Experience within the contract electronics manufacturing sector preferred, but trainee positions are available.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
