Our mission is to support patients of all ages in achieving better health and wellness through expert care delivered by qualified doctors of chiropractic. The practitioners are always striving to improve their knowledge and care they give by keeping up to date with latest research and how the physical joint mobility impacts your nervous system and the brain.

The clinic offers;

Pregnancy care with experienced Chiropractors that have helped many women go through pregnancy with comfort and easier labour.
Cranial therapy for babies and children
Primitive reflex assessment and therapy
IDD therapy
Soft tissue therapy and sports massage

Summary

'We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Clinic Assistant to join our team at ECC. Based at our clinic location, you will play a vital role in promoting our services, engaging with patients, and supporting our marketing initiatives to enhance community health awareness.

Responsibilities

' Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services.

Engage with patients and visitors to provide information about treatments and wellness programs.
Support the organization of community health events and promotional activities.
Manage social media accounts and online presence.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient experience.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and patient feedback.
Contribute to the creation of educational materials for patients.
Support administrative tasks related to sales and marketing efforts.
be able to manage front desk tasks during shifts
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Experience or interest in healthcare marketing or community outreach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
at least 1 year Previous experience as a sales and marketing assistant.
Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellness initiatives.
