Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Painters for new build projects to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to newly constructed buildings, ensuring a professional and polished appearance. Your expertise will help bring fresh, vibrant spaces to life, contributing to the successful completion of exciting new developments. Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, stain, and coatings accurately using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Follow project specifications and safety guidelines meticulously to achieve desired finishes
Collaborate with team members and site managers to coordinate work schedules and meet deadlines
Inspect completed work for quality control, touch up imperfections as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and challenges

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting or related fields is preferred
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is highly desirable for site access
Ability to operate basic painting tools and equipment safely and effectively
Strong communication skills in English for clear understanding of instructions and safety protocols
Basic knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
Good teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
