Estate Agency Canvasser – Ipswich & Surrounding Areas

Locations Covered: Ipswich, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Felixstowe
Contract Type: Self‑Employed or Zero‑Hours (initially)
Compensation: Hourly rate + Commission on successful leads

We are looking for a proactive, energetic Estate Agency Canvasser to support our branches across Ipswich and East Suffolk. This is a field‑based role focused on generating new business opportunities through targeted leafleting, door‑to‑door prospecting, and positive engagement with local communities.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering leaflets and marketing materials across designated routes on foot
Door‑to‑door canvassing to identify potential sellers, landlords, and valuation opportunities
Acting as a professional, friendly representative of the brand during public interactions
Working flexibly between our Ipswich, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, and Felixstowe offices
Reporting back on canvassing activity, local insights, and potential leads
Wearing company‑provided branded workwear and maintaining a smart, presentable appearance

About You

Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with the public
Presentable and professional at all times
Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Physically fit and capable of covering substantial walking routes daily
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
Full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential

Contract & Rewards

Offered initially on a self‑employed or zero‑hours basis, providing flexibility
Commission paid for successful leads that convert into valuations, instructions, or completed business
Branded workwear and all marketing materials provided
Supportive team environment with clear guidance and structured routes

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
