Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
As Administrator, you will work with colleagues and clients to provide the business with key data insights and reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly contract reports as required by Contract Management Team.
- Liaise with the Operational, Commercial and Helpdesk teams
- Raising quotes based on agreed rates with our client and sending them to the relevant centre for approval.
- Ordering supplies and equipment for sites
- Managing data and shared spreadsheets to provide information to clients as required
- Assist with general operational recruitment tasks.
- Assist with the security vetting of employees.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
You will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines. You’ll enjoy working with data and delight in providing relevant and accurate reporting to support operational decision-making.
You will also have:
- Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in data analysis & reporting from multiple data sources
