What you'll do

Provide compassionate one‑to‑one care in the client’s home
Promote independence and quality of life for clients in Tonbridge
Support with personal hygiene and mobility
Prepare food and drinks to support good nutrition
Handle medication safely in line with policies
Peg feeding
Suctioning
Days and possible nights
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist in keeping the home safe and organised
Monitor changes in health and report issues
Collaborate with families and care teams
Keep accurate, timely care notes

6+ months UK Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) background

Experience in live‑in or specialist care is encouraged
