Customer Services Account Executive

Location: Enterprise Way, Mallusk, Belfast
Type: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
Core Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-4, Friday 9-12.30

About the Role:

Manage customer accounts from order processing to delivery.
Handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Communicate with Operations, Finance and Procurement teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide reports and analysis on account status.
Work closely with internal teams to maximise sales and opportunities.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in customer service, negotiating, and problem-solving.
Good at planning and prioritising tasks.

Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods
Able to work with a busy team and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel occasionally.
