About The Role

Job Title: Business Development Coordinator - Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary
GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out delivers award-winning workplace and interior environments for a wide range of clients across the UK.

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Business Development Coordinator to support our growing Business Development team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to develop a long-term career in business development, client engagement and commercial growth.

Working closely with the Business Development Director and wider client team, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, supporting client engagement activities and helping to drive new business growth across the London market.

The role is primarily office-based, with opportunities to attend client meetings, networking functions and industry events. Through mentoring and practical experience, the successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of the fit-out sector and have the opportunity to progress into a more senior client-facing Business Development role.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Coordinator shall:

Undertake desktop research to identify potential office relocation, refurbishment and fit-out opportunities.
Monitor industry platforms, market intelligence sources, press releases and key client updates to generate new business leads.
Identify and target prospective clients through tailored email campaigns and telephone engagement.
Arrange meetings and introductions for the Business Development team.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, capability statements and sales support materials.
Support business planning activities and market analysis.
Maintain and update client information, opportunities and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
Attend client meetings and business development events, recording actions and supporting follow-up activity.
Assist with the planning and delivery of networking events and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the work of GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out.
Act as an ambassador for the GRAHAM brand and maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants and industry contacts.

Essential Criteria

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when required.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Criteria

Previous experience in a business development, sales, marketing, recruitment, customer service or client-facing role.
Experience using CRM systems.
Knowledge of the construction, property, real estate or interior fit-out sectors.
Experience supporting events, networking activities or marketing campaigns.
Understanding of lead generation and customer relationship management principles.
