About Aquatech Civils

Aquatech Civils is a specialist contractor delivering attenuation and lining solutions for groundworkers, civil engineering contractors, developers and consultants throughout the UK.

Our work includes attenuation tanks, geomembrane lining systems, geotextiles, lagoons, ponds, gas membranes and associated drainage/civils works.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied role where you'll support both the commercial and operational side of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Customer Support

Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, including contacting prospective customers and building new relationships.
Preparing and following up customer quotations.
Visiting customer sites to assess project requirements and help prepare quotations (full training provided where needed - must be prepared to travel).
Managing sales enquiries and keeping our CRM system up to date.
Supporting business development and marketing activities, including LinkedIn and customer communications.

Operations & Project Coordination

Scheduling labour and materials for upcoming projects.
Coordinating supplier deliveries and and travel for site teams.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Maintaining project records and supporting the day-to-day planning of works.

Administration

Handling incoming enquiries and general office administration.
Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders and supplier paperwork.
Producing reports, maintaining spreadsheets and helping improve business processes.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Proven sales and business development experience (essential).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work in a fast-moving environment.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
Experience within construction, civil engineering or a related industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
