Full job description

We are currently inviting applications from reliable, dedicated candidates for the following position:

RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This role is a combined role which consists of two days as a Receptionist, and one day as an Office Administrator (Post Room Clerk). Applicants will ideally have had some previous experience working in a customer facing role. Mail-room / post-room experiences is desired but not essential. The role will also involve supporting the general office with a range of admin tasks including photocopying/scanning documents, making up legal files, archiving, handling stationery orders and stocks, audio typing, and other ad hoc duties, as required.

You will need to have a friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant, professional telephone manner, coupled with a genuine desire to ‘roll up your sleeves and get things done’ while meeting strict daily and weekly deadlines. Good keyboard skills, a well-organised, self-starting approach to work, and a willingness to learn new skills will also be key attributes.

Role: On-Site - Derby Office

Shift Pattern:

Monday - 9am - 5pm

Thursday & Friday - 8:45am - 5pm
