About the Role
Serene Stone Limited is seeking a hands-on Sales Office Manager to lead and support the sales office team while providing a high level of service to customers across all areas of the business. The role is central to ensuring that customer enquiries are handled professionally, estimates are prepared accurately, CAD drawings and technical requirements are coordinated effectively, and orders progress smoothly through to production and delivery.
This is a practical, customer-facing management role requiring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both the sales and operations teams. · Act as a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
· Oversee the preparation of accurate estimates and quotations, taking account of customer specifications, drawings, materials, production requirements, and transport costs.
· Coordinate CAD drawing requirements, ensuring technical information is accurate, clear, and aligned with customer and production needs.
· Work closely with operations, production, and transport teams to ensure orders are planned, manufactured, and delivered on time.
· Provide a clear interface between the sales office and operations, helping to resolve issues quickly and keeping customers informed.
· Identify opportunities for sales growth, improved customer service, repeat business, and stronger customer relationships.
· Monitor sales office workload, priorities, and response times to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
· Support continuous improvement in systems, processes, communication, and customer experience.
· Ensure customer outcomes are commercially sound, operationally achievable, and aligned with Serene Stone’s standards for quality and service.
About You

· Experience in a sales office, estimating, construction, manufacturing, building products, or related environment would be advantageous.
· Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
· Good commercial awareness and a keen eye for growth opportunities.
· Ability to read, interpret, or work with drawings, specifications, measurements, and technical information.
· Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing estimates, quotations, and order information.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries, priorities, and deadlines.
