Job Overview
We are looking for a Graduate IT Applications Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in business applications and ERP systems, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world IT support, system analysis, and a major ERP transformation programme spanning multiple sites across the group. You will work alongside experienced IT and business colleagues, developing your technical and analytical skills in a structured, supportive environment with clear opportunities to progress.

What you will do
- Support business applications, ERP systems, and user queries across multiple sites
- Assist with ERP migration, testing, data activities, workflows and documentation
- Help investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues
- Work with users, vendors, and the wider IT team to improve systems and processes
- Support reporting, training, and ongoing system improvements
- Log, track, and follow up on support tickets through to satisfactory resolution, maintaining accurate records in the incident management system
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and system upgrades, helping to ensure changes are documented and communicated effectively
- Contribute to the production of reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making
- Help maintain system documentation, process guides, and user training materials
- Liaise with third-party software vendors and internal stakeholders to investigate issues and progress resolutions
- Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation as part of the ERP programme
What we are looking for
- A degree in IT, Business Systems, Computer Science, or a similar subject, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- An interest in business applications, ERP systems, and IT support
- Placement year, internship, service desk, or super-user experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business travel between sites
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with a methodical and organised approach to work
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Basic understanding of or exposure to SQL, databases, or data analysis tools would be advantageous
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts or IT service management principles is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
