We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the team at Clinical Health Technologies Limited. (CHT). CHT is part of the CQC Group of Companies, including Quantum Turned Parts Ltd and Caress Manufacturing Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing and communications activity across our brands. This includes maintaining websites and social media channels, creating marketing content, coordinating with internal teams and external marketing partners, and capturing content at events. The successful candidate will also support lead generation by optimising landing pages and using CRM tools to track and report campaign performance, alongside providing administrative support such as sales order processing, and CRM data maintenance. The successful candidate will carry out marketing and communications activities for all CQC Group Companies, with a key focus on Clinical Health Technologies Ltd.
Key Accountabilities
Marketing & Content Creation:
- Update our website(s) and manage social media pages such as Linkedin to promote products and projects
- Attend conferences and related events with the sales team to capture content; including supporting event organisation
- Prepare marketing materials, including product brochures
- Collaborate with sales and customer facing teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Act as the key point of contact within the Company to liaise with our external marketing team
- Collaborate with CDU designers, to create engaging retail displays to attract new customers
- Gather customer and market feedback to support sales strategy and product development
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to create promotional content for new product launches
Lead Generation:
- Optimise landing pages, and content, to identify and convert leads effectively
- Utilise CRM systems to track and report on campaign performance
Administration:
- Organise calls to existing customers, supporting marketing campaigns and strengthening relationships
- Handle customer enquiries related to ongoing promotions on the website
- Support with the processing of sales orders
- Support with updating our CRM system, including customer records and pricing
- Provide general support across marketing and communications functions
- Undertake tasks as delegated by the Commercial Manager
Person Specification
Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally covering both B2B and B2C marketing
- Experience with multi-brand marketing would be advantageous
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Odoo, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities effectively
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office applications
- Strong organisational skills
Knowledge:
- Degree in Marketing, or similar field
- Sound knowledge of, and familiarity with, marketing tools and systems
