Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

Lead a team of technical engineers in a 24x7x365 technical network and compute environment providing supervision and management.
Manage fault ticket administration and jeopardy management to maintain SLAs.
Produce and analyse fault ticket performance reports to drive improvements.
Host, lead, and oversee technical bridges with customers to resolve faults, including out-of-hours support.
Facilitate cross-team liaison, acting as primary point of contact.
Oversee engineer bookings, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Supervise email inbox management, ensuring efficient and professional responses.
Direct creation and deployment of Microsoft Forms for operational workflows.
Conduct and lead business continuity reviews and tests for operational resilience.
Oversee and support the AILS (Acceptance Into Live Service) process.

What you’ll bring?

Proven engineering or operational team leadership experience – preferably in an IT Operations environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Understanding of fault ticketing systems and service operations.
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Outlook and Forms.
Excellent communicator—confident with cross-team and customer collaboration.
Analytical mindset with performance reporting experience.
Experience in business continuity/disaster recovery management (desirable).
Calm under pressure; adept at leading incident resolution in customer settings.
ITIL or service management framework experience (advantageous).
