Full job description

Welfare Pharmacy is a reputable pharmacy committed to providing excellent healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with queries and offering healthcare advice where appropriate.
Manage and maintain proper stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary area.
Keep up-to-date with pharmaceutical and healthcare developments.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser.
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting.
Knowledge of pharmacy software systems.
