Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert treatments and personalised service. This role offers an opportunity to utilise advanced skills in a welcoming environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. A willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, nails, pedicures, massage, and specialised skincare services with precision and care.
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice on skincare and beauty routines.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences to ensure personalised service on future visits.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their appointment.

Experience

Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of diverse treatments.
A minimum Level 3 qualification
At least 5 years experience working in a busy environment
Expertise in skincare, waxing, massage, & gel nails.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommendations to clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety.

This role is ideal for a dedicated beauty professional looking to advance their career within a reputable establishment that values expertise, creativity, and exceptional client care.

Full or Part Time positions will be considered for the right candidate. The role is primarily for our Knebworth branch, however we may require some cover in our Potters Bar branch.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
