Full job description

Operations & Office Manager
Mildenhall, Suffolk (fully on-site)
Full-time, permanent
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
£30,000–£38,000 depending on experience

OfficeServ is a fast-growing virtual office business supporting 25,000+ active customers through a modern operational setup and cloud-based systems. You’ll work directly with the Director in a small, close-knit team and play a key role in how the business runs day to day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can both lead and do. You’ll take ownership of the daily running of the office, manage three Client Coordinators, maintain high customer service standards, oversee mail and parcel operations, and keep everything running efficiently, accurately and compliantly.

You’ll also step in and cover core operational work when needed, including mail processing, customer tickets and calls, while spotting ways to improve workflows, reduce errors and strengthen standards across the business.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and supporting the office team day to day.
Managing workload, rotas, holidays and performance.
Overseeing mail, parcel, phone and customer service operations.
Stepping in to cover core tasks during holidays, absence or busy periods.
Improving systems, processes and SOPs to keep operations efficient.
Providing operational updates and reporting to the Director.

Experience in operations, office management, team leadership or a similar hands-on service role.
Confidence managing people while also doing day-to-day operational work.
