Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobile device repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing issues and executing repairs efficiently. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a passion for technology, ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and support.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mobile phones, including hardware and software issues.
Utilise schematics to understand device layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Perform equipment repairs using hand tools and specialised equipment.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer service.
Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their devices.

Skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics for various mobile devices.
Strong understanding of computer networking principles as they relate to mobile technology.
Experience with hand tools and mechanical knowledge for effective repairs.
Solid background in computer hardware, enabling efficient troubleshooting of related issues.
