About Us

Kitchen Makeovers is a rapidly growing, premium kitchen renovation brand. We specialise in efficient, high-end transformations, giving customers beautiful, bespoke-feeling spaces through smart modifications, expert design, and flawless installations.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator & Office Administrator to run the operational engine of our Harpenden office. If you have exceptional administrative skills, a passion for data accuracy, and thrive on keeping moving parts aligned, you will fit right in.

The Role

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth, daily operation of our office. You will act as the vital link between our customers, suppliers, and internal team, managing everything from project ordering and CRM management to professional client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth, daily operation of the office, assisting in preparing documentation for meetings, audits, and various projects as needed.
CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain and update our custom CRM system with accurate customer information. You will be responsible for ensuring complete data integrity and consistency across all of our digital platforms.
Project & Material Management: Manage the ordering process for kitchen renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring the timely, accurate delivery of materials to keep installations on track.
Customer Experience: Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and respond to all customer enquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and project meetings efficiently.
Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, assisting in drafting professional emails, reports, and other written communications to ensure information is shared efficiently.
Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our documentation meets required standards.

What We Are Looking For

Strong Administrative Background: Proven experience in a comprehensive administrative, project coordination, or office management role.
Tech-Savvy & Detail-Driven: Highly proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and team collaboration. You must have a sharp eye for data integrity and accuracy.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written English for drafting professional emails and reports, paired with a confident, warm telephone manner.
Flawless Organisation: Someone who naturally prioritises effectively, manages their time well, and keeps processes running smoothly without missing the details.

Benefits

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
