An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly team to work in our Security Helpdesk . The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be enthusiastic and hard working.

The primary purpose of the Security Helpdesk role is to provide support to our engineers and deal with any customer queries that may arise, booking in appointments and responding to reactive call outs.

Service Desk

Engineer Job docket processing
Monthly service reminders
Customer bookings
Engineers diaries and scheduling
Vehicle checks
Deliveries
Orders (basic)
Scanning
Cleansing data on Alarm Master software package
Answer phones
General Admin
