We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Hygiene Operative (Night Shift) to join our Sutton Bridge team.
At our Production site based in Sutton Bridge, Lincolnshire, we are looking for a friendly, team player who can exceed in their duties to help us retain our position as a leading fresh produce supplier in the UK. We’re dedicated to using the very best of sustainable farming techniques in our own farming and collaborating with other expert farmers. We grow the finest quality potatoes which we pack ourselves to supply to our customers.
You will join us on a full-time permanent contract
This shift pattern will be Monday to Friday – 18:00pm – 02:30am
Your key responsibilities will be:
We are looking for a Hygiene Lead, to oversee and maintain high hygiene standards across the site. This is a hands-on role where you will not only lead and support the team but also actively carry out hygiene duties alongside them.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, experience in overseeing hygiene controls and be prepared to take a proactive, hands-on approach to all hygiene standards.
To lead the hygiene team, ensuring high standards are maintained, while also carrying out hands on duties.
Optimising Hygiene standards through use of SOP’s.
Audit ready at all times.
Ensure that COSHH regulations and all Health & Safety, Company Policies and Procedures are followed.
Empower your team to provide input and suggestions, which lead to continuous improvement and development, promoting a customer first culture.
Maintain cleaning records and ensure that they are adhered to at all times and filed appropriately.
To ensure the factory is cleaned to agreed hygiene standards and that the cleaning schedule is followed.
