Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Upholstery Cutter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately cutting upholstery fabrics and materials according to specified patterns and measurements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and experience in warehouse environments and looking to develop their skills within a supportive and professional setting.

Duties

Cut upholstery fabrics and materials precisely following provided patterns and measurements
Prepare materials for assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
Operate cutting tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Organise and maintain a clean, organised work area to adhere to health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the sewing team to ensure seamless production flow
Must be able to work on bespoke upholstery

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is desirable, demonstrating familiarity with handling materials in a fast-paced environment
Must be experienced in the furniture manufacturing trade
Attention to detail and accuracy in work are essential qualities for success in this role
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
