Job Summary

The role holder will serve as a primary point of contact to the company providing frontline contact with customers and contractors. They will deliver excellent front line customer service and support with company administration . We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing exceptional support across departments. Your proactive approach and organisational skills will help create an efficient, welcoming environment where team members can thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant workplace.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, to maintain up-to-date records
Organise and maintain files, documents, and office supplies to support daily operations efficiently
Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and preparing correspondence or reports
Enter data into various systems with precision, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Provide general administrative support to team members, including preparing materials and managing office logistics

Requirements

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), is essential. Experience of using Sage 50 Cloud Accounting is Desirable.
Prior administrative experience with data entry and clerical tasks preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in typing and record keeping.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, telephone systems etc.

Pay: £25,350.00-£29,250.00 per year
