An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salaried General Practitioner to join the team at Hwb Iechyd Cybi on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave .
Hwb Iechyd Cybi is a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary primary care hub based in Holyhead, serving a diverse and vibrant community in Anglesey. We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-centred GP who is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible care and who thrives in a collaborative working environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-supported managed practice, with access to a wide range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
The successful candidate will:
Provide high-quality, safe, and effective primary care services to the registered patient population
Undertake routine and urgent consultations, delivered face-to-face, via telephone, and digitally as appropriate
Manage a diverse clinical caseload, including acute presentations, chronic disease management, and preventative care
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, and Care Coordinators
Contribute to continuity of care and patient experience through proactive clinical management and follow-up
Participate in practice meetings, clinical governance activities, and quality improvement initiatives
Support the development of innovative models of care within a managed practice setting
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records in line with organisational and professional standards

Contribute to teaching and supervision (where appropriate)
Engage in service development aligned with “Care Closer to Home” principles
Support population health management and preventative care initiative
