We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor the production line for any issues and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machines.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to comply with safety regulations.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Meet daily production targets and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and lift moderate weights.
