Full job description

Electus Healthcare currently has a recruitment opportunity available for a Nurse in Charge role in Abingdon Manor!

Responsibilities:

The main purpose of this role would be to assist in the overall objective of the Home in creating and maintaining a caring environment where clients and their families feel secure and happy and where the respect and dignity of the client is maintained.

The successful candidate would also have managerial responsibilities and may at times need to be on-call. They would be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards of care possible to clients and would assist with the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.

NMC Pin required for this role.
