Sales Trainer

Hybrid Working (3 days in our St Albans office) | £32,000 - £40,000 DOE | Full-Time

At Higher Ed Partners (HEP UK), we're passionate about helping universities expand access to high-quality, affordable online education. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainer to develop the skills, confidence, and performance of our Enrolment and Retention teams.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of our Contact Centre operation—delivering engaging training, coaching advisors and leaders, and helping shape a high-performing sales culture that supports students on their educational journey.

What you'll be doing

Delivering induction, onboarding, and ongoing sales training programmes
Coaching advisors and team leaders through workshops, huddles, and side-by-side sessions
Creating engaging training materials, playbooks, scripts, and digital learning content
Using performance data and insights to improve sales capability and conversion outcomes
Supporting managers to become effective coaches and people developers
Working closely with operational leaders to identify skills gaps and drive performance improvements

What we're looking for

Experience delivering sales training in a B2C, customer service, or contact centre environment
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
A passion for developing people and helping others succeed
Experience creating training content and learning programmes
Confidence using data and performance insights to shape training interventions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Do you have experience training managers in coaching methodology
Do you hold relevant training qualifications - CIPD/LPI/C&G et al
