SnapZilla: Photography, Sales & Entertainment in Plymouth Nightlife
At SnapZilla, we provide photography services and sell Photo products made on site at various nightlife venues across Plymouth. This role is suited for individuals who can operate effectively in fast-paced environments and are looking to develop sales and communication skills.
Candidates must be available during weekends (Friday & Saturday evenings) & Bank holiday Sundays - (Bank holiday shifts start at 15:00, finish around 2am)
Seasonal position & Permanent position available.
Role Responsibilities:
This position requires direct customer engagement and a proactive approach. Key tasks include:
- Approaching customers and interacting with them face-to-face within busy environments.
- Operating on foot for extended periods, navigating crowds.
- Engaging directly with patrons to initiate interactions.
- Communicating with diverse groups, initiating conversations as required.
- Integrating photography with sales efforts; successful performance in this role depends significantly on effective customer engagement leading to sales conversions.
Candidate Qualities:
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Comfortable interacting with new groups and people, or willing to learn these skills with training & guidance
- Able to handle rejection well and not take it personally.
- Enjoy engaging with people and have a natural, outgoing manner. Our most successful team members often enjoy performing or making others laugh, and this role helps build charisma.
- Available for shifts during evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Work typically starts between 6 PM and 3 AM, though times can vary slightly, especially on Bank Holidays or in summer. Note this is predominantly a weekend job.

Compensation and Benefits
- Flexible Work Options: We offer the option to work as self-employed or on a freelance basis.
- Pay: You will earn an hourly rate plus extra money from sales (commission), and you can also get tips.
- Training and Help: We will provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to help you succeed.
- Camera & uniform supplied.

Pay: £10.85-£20.00 per hour
