We are seeking a friendly and energetic Party Host/Hostess to create memorable experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a lively and organised environment. (A national pool lifeguard qualification course will also be included)
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage party arrangements, including organising activities and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Maintain a lively, engaging atmosphere throughout the event or party
- Address guest enquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional guest services
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events
- Monitor guest safety and comfort at all times
- Assist in setting up and clearing event areas before and after functions
- Handle any unforeseen issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills
- Strong management skills to oversee event flow and guest interactions effectively
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike
- Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality is advantageous but not essential
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
