Experienced Multi-Trader – Property Maintenance (Plymouth & Surrounds)
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team maintaining and refurbishing properties across Plymouth.
Responsibilities:
General property maintenance and repairs.
Void property refurbishments and turnarounds.
Requirements:
Proven multi-trade experience (essential).
Reliable, proactive, and trustworthy.
Driving licence. Company Van and Fuel Paid during working hours.
Self-employed position, paid weekly.
Competitive pay: £17–£21/hour
