Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Installation Team Lead to oversee the successful delivery of gym equipment installations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervising experience, and technical knowledge of installation processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold high standards of safety and quality throughout all installation activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the installation team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Supervise the installation of gym equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, accurately, and to client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan installation schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct quality checks during and after installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Manage inventory of tools and equipment required for installations, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing or supervising installation teams within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Technical knowledge related to gym equipment installation is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided where necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Forklift Licence
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
