Full job description

Operations Support Administrator - Part Time.

We are a growing independent gym business operating 7 sites across the region. As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Operations Support Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the management team, providing administrative support across multiple areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide day-to-day operational administrative support across all gym locations.
Assist with staff administration, including onboarding paperwork, maintaining holiday and sickness records.
Update and maintain company HR policies and records
Recruitment, posting job adverts onto various recruitment websites and conducting first stage interviews.
Produce reports, update spreadsheets and maintain company documents.
Answer telephone and email enquiries where required.
Maintain and update the company’s COSHH register and associated documentation.
Take minutes at monthly managers’ meetings.
Assist the maintenance team with the day-to-today administration of maintenance activities.
Monitor outstanding maintenance jobs and follow up to ensure works is completed in a timely manner.
Order parts, equipment and materials required for maintenance tasks.
Support the wider team with general office administration and ad hoc projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload.
Confident in using Microsoft Office.
Has previous administration experience.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can work independently while also being a supportive team member.
Is professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.

Location: Honiton

Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
