We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join Orion Ward, a modern, 16-bed mixed-gender ward within our new Northwest Mental Health Inpatient Service in Chertsey.
This is an exciting time to join our Trust as we expand our purpose-built hospital facilities designed to offer high-quality, therapeutic, and recovery-focused mental health care. If you're looking for a rewarding leadership role in a modern inpatient service where you can make a real difference in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you!
You will be working in an organisation that fosters an inclusive culture, where we treat each other with compassion and kindness.
The post-holder will deliver consultant psychiatric input to inpatients admitted to the ward per the agreed Acute Service Operational Policy. In addition, the post holder will provide clinical leadership & be actively involved in service improvement activities.
