We are now looking for a talented Amazon Specialist to join our international team to excel our Global Amazon sales.
Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Amazon Operations Specialist to manage and optimise our Global Amazon marketplace operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day account management, improving listing performance, Marketing, maintaining operational accuracy, and driving sales growth across Amazon marketplaces globally.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on marketplace experience and understands how operational and skill excellence impacts revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and account health.
Responsibilities
Amazon Account Operations
- Manage daily Global Amazon Seller/Vendor Central operations
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics
- Resolve operational issues including stranded inventory, suppressed listings, reimbursement claims, and case management
- Coordinate inventory planning and stock replenishment
- Manage FBA shipments and inbound logistics
Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create, optimise, and maintain product listings
- Conduct keyword research and improve SEO for Amazon listings
- Manage variations, A+ Content, storefront updates, and image compliance
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and category trends
Advertising & Growth
- Support or manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Analyse advertising performance and optimise ROAS/ACOS
- Identify growth opportunities across products and marketplaces
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports to directors
- Track sales, conversion rates, margins, inventory levels, and advertising metrics
- Use data insights to recommend operational and commercial improvements
Redefine and Reshape Signare Digital Platforms
- Utilise AI and other modern data tools to improve the image of Signare (image, video, written material)
- Apply AI strategies to improve the global awareness of Signare.
- Apply AI strategies to boost the revenue of Signare Digital Platforms
- Fluent in social media platfroms
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with international offices, customer service, finance, and marketing teams
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers where required
- Ensure operational processes are documented and continuously improved
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Experience with FBA operations and inventory management
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimisation
- Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Understand, implement and use AI tools in daily operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Data Dive
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- E-commerce or digital retail background
- AI platform training of available
- Knowledge of Amazon policies and compliance requirements
