Job Title: Transport Co-ordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and passionate candidate to join our team as a Transport Cordinator/Driver. This dual-role position requires excellent driving skills, familiarity with the Leamington Spa and Warwickshire area, and the ability to handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing safe and reliable transport services to children with special needs.
Ensuring vehicles are maintained, clean, and in good working order.
Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional manner.
Performing day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Maintaining records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Assisting in the coordination of transport schedules and services.

Compensation and Benefits:

£12.71 per hour, with the potential for wage increases based on performance evaluation
Weekly/Monthly pay
Friendly working environment
Free on-site parking
Company vehicle provided once the candidate successfully obtains a private hire licence
28 Annual Holidays
Opportunity to earn commission on extra work and services provided
Company-paid expenses for obtaining a private hire licence
Comprehensive training and certifications provided

Requirements:

Excellent driving and communication skills
Good knowledge of the Leamington Spa & Warwickshire area
Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well in a team & handle dedicated daily responsibilities
Must hold a FULL UK driving licence for a minimum of two years
Willingness to undergo required training and certifications for special transport services (costs covered by the company)
