The Role
We are looking for an experienced Pitch Roofer to join our team, specialising in tiled and slated roofs and general repair work. The role involves working on a range of residential (and occasional commercial) properties, carrying out new installations, re-roofing, and maintenance repairs to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and replacement of roof tiles and slates
- Carrying out roof repairs, including leak detection and fault diagnosis
- Repairing and renewing ridges, hips, valleys, and flashing
- Stripping and re-covering pitched roofs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards
- Maintaining a clean and professional work site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pitch roofing (tiles and slates essential)
- Strong knowledge of roof repair and maintenance work
- Ability to work confidently at height
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
