Bespak is looking to recruit Warehouse Operators to join our team at our Holmes Chapel site (CW4 8BE). This is an initial 6-month temporary contract, offering an annual salary of £34,199 plus 33% shift allowance.
Working Pattern: 2 rotational shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Warehouse Operator
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials while following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health & Safety requirements. Working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and supervisors, you will help maintain a safe, organised, and productive warehouse environment, ensuring daily targets are achieved and any operational issues are communicated promptly. Strong teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.
You will be responsible for coordinating inbound deliveries, scheduling and managing vehicle arrivals, unloading and receipting goods, and reporting any discrepancies or damage. Within the managed warehouse, you will pick, assemble, check, return, and store stock in line with established procedures, ensuring materials are transferred to production accurately and on time. You will also work closely with planners and schedulers to identify stock issues early, helping to minimise downtime and maintain smooth operational performance across the business.
