Job Summary

Lockabox is seeking a creative, energetic and diligent Digital Marketing Assistant to take our social media channels and turn them into platforms that we can be proud of, while supporting our influencer outreach programme. The main focus of the role will be to run and optimise our social media pages, and to create and post content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This role is suited to someone who loves all things social media and has ideas to improve engagement, with the goal of better representing our brand and driving traffic to our key sales channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop the range and quality of our social content output and find ways to drive engagement from organic content.
Create, capture, and engineer content opportunities within the business that focus on our customers' needs and problems, not just our product offering.
Build and follow a content roadmap, whilst remaining reactive to trends & opportunities in the space.
Proactively scout, negotiate with, and guide influencers to bolster organic content and drive traffic to Amazon or our website; the goal is to create a community of creators aligned with our brand values.
Report weekly on the performance and strategies to keep the team in the loop.
Support business marketing agendas & projects where possible.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with social media platform management and influencer interactions.
Technical ability for basic editing functions across image & video content for social platforms, with attention to detail to ensure output quality.
Expertise in managing and growing communities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, etc.
Strong interest in influencer and creator marketing, from scouting and negotiation to briefing and rights management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to report on KPIs and use social insights to steer content, campaign & wider priorities.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage content calendars, sample flows, budgets, and daily publishing.
A proactive and consistent creative who thrives in fast-moving environments
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently, as well as collaboratively in a small team.
Fun and friendly approach (able to have a laugh!).
Must be willing to commute to Kingsbridge, Devon - fully remote is not an option.
Please include examples of social media content, videos, accounts or campaigns you have worked on, if available.

Desirable Experience:

Experience using editing software, Meta Business Suite & TikTok Business Centre.
Experience working with influencers, creators or brand ambassadors.
Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels or Facebook.
Experience working with a product-led, e-commerce, or consumer brand.

Key details:

Starting Salary: £18,692.31 pro-rated (FTE: £27,000)
Type: Part-time (22.5hr a week - 3 days).
Standard Hours: 0830-1630 Tues-Thurs (30min lunch) - potential scope to increase hours dependent on performance/business requirements.
Location: Lockabox HQ, Unit 1 Duke Street Chambers, Bridge Street, Kingsbridge, TQ7 1HX, Devon.
Start Date: ASAP
